Local and Other Matters From Warren Ledger
The days are longer than nights and last Sunday brought cold snowy weather, resembling a March spell. Dr Bull’s Cough Syrup sells over 500000 bottles per season and saves many from illness. A note on soap use suggests trimming waste in washing. The poet shelved plans for spring verses as winter lingered and shifted attention to “The Winter of his Discontent.”
