President W L KE chaired with Miss Anna Munn secretary and Rev Bartlett and Rev Ginader leading devotionals. The morning program featured recitations essays on reading school government and literature with several papers and a lively query box discussion. Afternoon sessions included more readings and a discussion on language with Mr Dean defending a grammar free approach and a proposal recitation by Miss Myrtie Hill. The institute adjourned with thanks to residents and notices of upcoming institutes in Glade and Tidioute with drawing and natural training displays.
