Minnie Could Not Sleep and a Brave Mother

A bedtime tale from Little Men and Women shows Minnie unable to sleep as the moon and a parrot seem to mock her, until she confesses to her mother about stealing custard pie. A heroic vignette follows of Mrs. Milton Adams concealing her dead infant on a Coney Island trip, then the mother’s collapse at home. Also includes a public notice from Youngsville and an advertisement for Woolford's Sanitary Lotion.
