Warren County Teachers Institute Opens Largest Session Yet
The Warren County Teachers Institute began under Supt Putnam with an opening address, then solo and prayers, followed by the election of Miss Netlie Robinson as secretary. Notables included Supt MacGowan, Prof E J Robinson, Rev J A Kummer, and many teachers from Warren and surrounding towns, with lectures on education, reading, health, and civics to follow in sessions.
