Non-Union Man Assaulted Near Rail Depot

J. J. Fox, a non union employee of Struthers Wells and Co iron works, was assaulted near the Philadelphia and Erie depot on Monday morning on his way to work. He had been among new workers urged to stay away by strikers, later returning to work after briefly seeking employment in Oil City. Fox identifies two striking moulders as possible assailants. no arrests have been made.
