Denial of Ohio Flood Funds Dispute Over Doctor's Alleged Receipt

The article recounts denial by Dr. Jas L Dann of Titusville and his associates that he received or kept funds raised for Ohio and Mississippi flood sufferers. A letter from Dr. E D Preston dated April 18 1884 refutes the accusation, calling it false and unkindest, and says the charge is preposterous. The piece notes the conclusion that the matter has been traced and no one who knew Dr Dunn believed the accusation.
