French forces seize Mont Singes gateway position on the northwest of the German line on the Aisne heights. Vasly, a key Southwest position, is captured as the same action secures a dominant line on Chemin des Dames and strengthens footholds for further operations.
Frank Charlton reports that Allied forces including British French and Americans push forward along multiple fronts near Metz Chemin Des Dames and Ypres Comines canal. Vailly Mont Singes and other positions fall as French and American actions threaten German lines near the Aisne and Moselle with heavy prisoner and machine gun captures.
Washington reports the committee on public information asserts the Russian Bolsheviks are instruments and pawns of the German imperial government, predicting the Bolsheviki will fall as diplomats are exposed. The aim is to spread details of this treachery across Russia and to neutral nations to provoke German and Austrian tensions.

The exact whereabouts at the time remain undisclosed by the British admiralty.
Washington reports renewed Serb offensive with French support as three fortified peaks Veprenik Dobro and Mt Sokol on the Bulgarian front fall to Serbian forces. The line is pierced with hundreds of Bulgarian prisoners and large war material seized. operations continue.
