Old Veteran Mining Company of Wallace Idaho levies a two mill assessment on capital stock payable by December 1920 to secretary treasurer L I Brainard. Unpaid by December 6 becomes delinquent and will be sold December 24 to cover the delinquent amount plus advertising and expenses.
Leslie Copper Mining Company Delinquent Stock Assessment
The Leslie Copper Mining Company of Wallace Idaho levies a 7.5 percent assessment on outstanding stock on October 12 1920. Herman J Rossi secretary treasurer warns that unpaid shares by November 12 1920 become delinquent and will be sold December 3 1920 at 6 40 p m at the company office in Sil dix Montana to cover the assessment and advertising costs.
