A person states a note to a milk vendor was signed by their wife without knowledge or consent and declares they will not pay the note. The notice warns all individuals that the note is not payable.
Under a court order an Indiana official sale will expose the rent and profits of several parcels in Wakarusa to public sale. The properties include Lot 1 in Block 5 and Lot 7 in Pletcher's plat and Lot 6 in Block 4 in Henry Myer's Addition. sale at the Goshen court house on a Saturday in January 1875. The property is owned by Annie and Owen St Clair to satisfy a King judgment.
