Last Saturday Sam Christian closed a deal making him owner of the Luick farm of about 200 acres west of town at 85 dollars per acre. The sale increases Luick’s holdings, as he gains the Christianson residence on Seventh Street and the Sixth Street warehouse. Luick had previously bought the farm with crops for 70 dollars per acre.
