Incorporation of Great Bend in Richland County ND Approved
At Wahpeton on April 29 1908 the Richland County Board of Commissioners approved the incorporation process for the village of Great Bend to be set for a vote on May 12 1908 at George Warner's Hall. The board ordered notices in Wahpeton Times and posted copies, and approved related refunds and bridge reports across multiple townships.
