In Wahpeton district court Judge Frank B. Allen presided on June 6 with Clerk J M Kramer and Sheriff A V Robbins. Bailiffs John Phimiater and William Robbins were sworn in. Divorce granted to Peter L Schultheis from Pearl Schulthein on June 7 for desertion. Jury trial favored defendant in a goods case involving a minor’s debt, and O E Shaffer v Mary Angerie was an appeal from justice court. Change of venue for a cavalry case to Judge Folsom Dow. Damages suit noted.
