Carlin strike case opens in U S district court
In Care on Monday the Carlin trikers charged with conspiracy to obstruct mail and interstate commerce faced juror examinations. Government attorneys contested the number of challenges. Judge Hawley ruled ten. Witnesses described events at the A R U hall on June 29 and related train sabotage and telegrams from Debs and others urging action.
