Washington reports the Air Force studies expanding from 30 to 45 bombers per strategic wing to boost striking power. The plan would add upwards of 160 B52s even if the 11 heavy wings under the 137-wing program reach mid 1957 targets. debate continues over production pace and potential Soviet parity.
United States District Judge Ben H. Rice Jr. will convene court in Waco Monday at 9 30 a m with eligible residents awaiting citizenship. They will receive their citizenship papers and take the oath of allegiance.

The 20th Communist Party Congress in Moscow ended with song and cheers for Leninism as 1,500 delegates elected the central committee and heard Russia’s new farm program. Khrushchev and Bulganin were re elected to the committee, with 133 members and 122 candidates chosen.
Backers of high rigid price supports for basic farm crops say a secret Senate poll indicates they will win by three to nine votes. A showdown looms as the Senate prepares to vote on an omnibus farm bill within two weeks. Jack Yardley pays 10000 for a 200 by 200 foot site in Waco West Industrial District to build a 3000 square foot plant with Swigert Construction.
