Justice of the Peace Joe Johnson set bonds on five thousand dollars each for Odies DeHart and Ford M Berry on charges of possession of a derivative of narcotics in an examining trial Friday morning. Percy Stallard is held on ten thousand dollars bond as a participant in the case. Emerson Clapper and Odis D Strickland, ex convicts, were filed on burglary charges for the Hommel Used Car office burglary on Aug 28. Strickland's parole will be revoked per District Attorney Don Hall. Clapper recently returned from a penitentiary and was tied to prior killings. Rudy Davis murder trial by drowning of his four children was reset from Sept 14 to Nov 2 for psychiatric examinations. Charges connected to the Tokyo robbery implicated Robert Lee Spratt and Bobby Joe Foy, two youths, with a juvenile known as Smokey involved in the firearms hold up of Mrs Sophie Louis Charles last Friday.
