Robinson City election thrown out after ballot dispute
Judge D W Bartlett of the 54th District Court voided the April Robinson mayoral vote overturning Walter Tandy’s win by four ballots. A new election will be held after opening all ballots including declared valid for Rev Mrs Theo Schuchacher. a witness ballot was ruled illegal for moving to Robinson in March. County Judge Bill Logue to schedule the rematch and determine eligibility of recent movers.
