Emmet County Drainage District Proceedings 1911
Emmet county board met in regular session with all members present. They fixed 1911 levies, opened bids for Drainage District No. 87, approved lowest bid by Sheffield Cement Tile Co. for tile, and accepted bids for bulkheads and labor. Subsequent sessions adjourned to Jan 10 1912 and Sept 21 1911, addressed assignment of claims, engineer appointments, and adjustments to assessments for drainage districts 37 and 87 with credits, waivers, and special tax levies. The board approved road petitions, school loan, and payments to contractors, concluding with a general adjournment.
