The Emmet County Iowa board met in regular session with all members present. They approved extending the open ditch of D. D. 94 and appointed J L Boggess construction engineer. They fixed damages for D. D. 182 at $90 to C R I P Ry and established the project with engineer's plat on file. Bids for material and construction of D. D. 132 to be let October 1 1919. D. The Emmet county board of supervisors finalizes action on a petition by Ludvig Larnon and others to establish a 66 foot wide road along sections 5 to 8 in township 98 33. The southeast section 6 and northeast section 7 roads are vacated and the D D 110 extension is established as per the engineer’s plat. Damages claimed by R R I P railway amount to 16000 were not allowed. Bids for material and construction will be let October 1, 1919.
