In Estherville two popular locals wed in quiet ceremonies at the Little Brown Church Nashua and the Hale home. Miss Marvyn Bennett and Marvin Stark wed with a single ring, soon after left for Mt. City council met August 7 1999 with Mayor Ehlers presiding. Present were Stockdale Ewen Sweet Hedrick and Howard. Minutes from July 3 1939 to date were approved. Ordinance 147 passed and adopted. A resolution conveying vacated alley in Allen's Addition to Estherville was adopted. Joe W Crowley 512 Central Avenue granted Class B beer permit. Ellen Kepler 622% Class B beer permit and cigarette permit approved.
