Rail strike described as nationwide transport collapse threat
The document warns the strike could plunge the nation into disaster with food and fuel shortages as the railway system breaks down. It details halted mail trains, idle freight cars and locomotives, and acts of sabotage aimed at crippling interstate commerce and intimidating workers. The petition seeks an injunction against strikers and union officials to stop interference, hiring blocks, threats, trespassing, and organized walkouts, while preserving the right to work and enter employment.
