Subscriptions to be paid in advance outside Emmet county
Beginning January 1 1908 the paper will require all subscribers outside Emmet county to pay in advance. Statements show the amount due to that date and arrears plus one year in advance for continued delivery. Many foreign subscribers are just as good as others but losses from unpaid accounts force this policy and stoppage after prepayments expire unless a cash order is received.
