Active Vindicat participants who submit cash subscriptions will receive a cash prize or commission. The three Capital Prizes go to district leaders and the next highest candidate, chosen by accredited vote standing. Each district draws at least one capital prize. The next two highest in each district receive 100 dollars, one per district. Additional 75 dollar prizes go to the next two highest in each district, one per district. A 50 dollar prize goes to each district, and a 25 dollar prize goes to each district. Twenty percent commissions are paid to all other active non prize winners on paid in advance subscriptions or Republican Expansion Campaign efforts.
District Two includes all participants living in the Estherville trade territory outside city limits. At least one Capital Prize and as many cash prizes as there are active candidates will be awarded in this district. Esther district can win two capital prizes but each district must win at least one.
