Maple Hill Sunday School Party at Ft Defiance Park

Maple Hill Presbyterian church youth group enjoyed a party Friday night in the Ft Defiance park shelter house. They roasted Weiners and marshmallows, shared music, and held a class meeting before going home. Attendees included Dorothy Nelson, Anneth Nelson, Gladys Nelson, Evan Smith, Mr Kronstad, Miss Dorothy Henn, Erle Reid, Mary Reid, Marie Reid, Donald Henderson, Richard Henderson, and Mr Alfred Henderson. Mrs Henderson teaches and advised the class. The group reported a good time.

The Immanuel church south of Grover hosted a Sunday School Union meeting on Monday with strong attendance and inspirational addresses. The convention chorus led by C. F. Walden finished the music in the afternoon, and a duet and a solo appeared in the evening.
