Emmet County Iowa Board met March 19 1918 with all members present to advertise bids for D D No 114 35 70 121 and C D No 123 April 12 1918 letting. Engineer recommends gravel for several sections and method. Damages for Drainage District No 7 appraisers report approved with various payees listed and total damages noted. Letting date set for April 12 1918 and proceedings adjourned until next day.
