Miss Christie Kreul spent the weekend at her Laurens home. Families relocate to Leon and Jackson area. Numerous residents host gatherings in Laurens including J F Knips and J O Johnson families. The girls sectional basketball tourney comes to town March 10 and 11 with Bancroft Dolliver Halfa Lone Rock Maple Hill Ringsted Seneca and Armstrong schools. Admission is 30 cents for adults and 20 cents for children.
