Joint Board Proceedings in Emmet and Palo Alto Counties 1916
A June 8 1916 joint meeting of Emmet and Palo Alto County supervisors elected Sirsa as chairman and Charles A Root as secretary. The boards discussed completing the D C Stephens contract with Equitable Surety Company and related work on district No 85 and other district improvements. Bills for school books and court costs were approved, and engineers were appointed to oversee private line connections to district No 76. The session adjourned with plans to reconvene and continue review of the contract and related finances.
