Supervisors’ Proceedings May 31 1921 Estherville Iowa
The Emmet and Dickinson Counties Iowa boards met in Estherville with members present. They reorganized, addressed drainage district appointments, heard objections, affirmed apportionments, approved raises for two land tracts, and adopted resolutions confirming assessments. Bids for gravel work were opened and contracts awarded to O M Bond and Ira A Knight. Board adjourned sine die.
