Examination Held For Rural Mail Carrier Post
Fred Robinson secretary of the local civil service commission conducted a Saturday examination for a rural mail carrier. Candidates were J. H. McKay C. M. Buoy J. B. Fletcher and John Prior. The new daily route starts June 15 and a carrier has not yet been appointed. The Petersburg post office will not be discontinued. mail will be supplied from here with rural delivery handling the mail.
