Emmet County Board Proceeds On D D No 125
The Emmet County Board of Supervisors met July 1 1918 with all members present. They established D D No 125 as a public benefit and ordered bids for materials and construction of D D No 126 opened July 17 1918. Also recommended gravel resurfacing of multiple Estherville Armstrong and Armstrong Ringsted road sections with costs and schedules, under local patrol supervision.

Emmet County Drainage Actions July 1918 Report
The Board of Supervisors of Emmet County Iowa reviews drainage matters including inclusion of lands in Drainage District No 110, completion and payment for DD 118, and DD 12 work close to 16 717 cubic yards costing 5893 88 with 80 percent paid. Engineer C P Smith submits reports on DD 12 and proposed costs for DD 80 and 17 connections with road work and patrolman, adjourns to July 17 1918.
