The Ten Thousand Lakes Association urges the hundreds of thousands of tourists who visit Minnesota annually to help finance fish preservation and propagation. A letter to summer resorts argues wildlife and scenery are expendable and subject to depletion, noting non resident fishing licenses are below par.
