A baby boy was born to Mr and Mrs Geo Meyera on Sunday morning. Miss Gladys Nelsen left for Mankato to enter M G College. Several locals, including Jens Petersen and family, spent Christmas at home. Masonic lodge attended in Algona. Inez Sorensen and Larlock Ries resumed studies in Iowa City. Will Theesfield traveled to Chicago S Doa and Buckley to visit relatives. Geo Patterson started a position at the City Meat. Mrs Packman of Swea City visited at Martin Jensen’s. J M Jen ry and family and Ada Rovn hosted gatherings. Dr Peterson and family returned from Mankato after Christmas. Various residents traveled to Ceylon, Walnut Grove, Milford, Belle Plaine, and Des Moines for visits and work.
