Bad Runaway Injury Near Lincoln Street Bridge
Peter Kline and his son narrowly escaped fatal injuries when a buggy tongue broke on Lincoln Street bridge. The pair were returning from church and the buggy overturned at the first corner west, demolishing the vehicle. Kline suffered five broken ribs a broken left collar bone an injury to one eye and extensive bruising. His son was uninjured. Kline received care at the John Dundas home from physicians.
