Congressman Conner has introduced a bill in Congress carrying 65000 dollars for an Eatherville post office building. He will push the measure this session, aiming for rapid approval after last winter's site purchase. The proposed site sits at Des Moines and North Sixth streets, just west of the opera house, and, though not ideal, is the best available.
