A holiday guide presents fashionable ham dishes for Christmas including Christmas Breakfast Ham with orange glaze and buttered corn bread, Festive Poinsettia Ham decorated with cherries and holly, and Buffet Dinner Ham-Jelly Noodle Ring with noodles and cheese.
The World Friendship Circle of the Presbyterian church meets Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Mrs. R. O. Clark’s home with Mrs. L. V. Carson and Mrs. BE. W. Knight as hosting assistants. Ewen’s circle meets at Mrs. Joy Horswell’s with Mrs. D. H. Diamond assisting, also at 2:30 p.m. W. R. E. club guests enjoyed a Wednesday afternoon at Mrs. D. C. Hansen’s with a short business meeting, Christmas gifts exchange, and lunch. Also note a dessert luncheon and bridge plan at Mrs. F. L. Gustafson’s Monday with a 1:30 p.m. start.
