City of Estherville Iowa announces a plat and schedule for two four inch water mains projects. Section One runs from Sixth and Oak west one block then north to the city limits, about 976 feet. Section Two starts at South Third and West Howard, extends west 275 feet then south 188 feet and north to Lincoln street area, about 1071 feet. Objections must be filed within twenty days. hearings set January 4, 1926 at 7:30 p.m. City Clerk A C Peterson signs and dates the notice.
Members present at the Immet County Medical Society meeting on December 1, 1925, passed resolutions deemed false yet backed by the attendees. The report notes merfinene at work among those in attendance.
The Emmet County Medical Society resolves that no cases will be treated unless a physician is engaged before illness onset. It bars consultation with healing cults including chiropractors and osteopaths and prohibits treating those previously treated by such groups within Emmet County.
