The article recounts a disputed car radio case where a unit was taken, evaluated as in poor repair, with suggested repairs at 60.90 by Young's Radio and cheaper options by Mr. Center. A more serviceable new radio could be bought for about 35.00, and the radio was delivered to the state two weeks ago.
