Instructions describe placing corn bundles at right angles to the wall with butts toward the center and tassels extending beyond, spaced every two feet around the wall to form the silo. Each four tier unit repeats the method, and walls are pulled in as the silo grows to about one foot high. For full construction and temporary silo filling, contact Mr Balkema at the county agent's office in Estherville.
