County Board Nears Decision on DD No. 100 Establishment
Emmet County Iowa supervisors met August 18 1915 to hear objections to DD No 100 and to approve the engineer’s report. The board found the project conducive to public welfare and directed bids for construction with a September 19 letting. Objections to DD No 91 were overruled and benefits apportioned. improvements certificates may be issued on a 6 percent annual rate. Adjourned sine die.
