Special meeting of the Etherville Iowa City Council on July 23 1925 to consider Resolution of Necessity for sewer and water mains and to review Budget Estimate for 1926. The council approved the Resolution of Necessity and the accompanying urban improvements with specifications by Carl Rogers Civil Engineer. Bids will be advertised, bids secured by 10 percent certified checks, and work to begin by August 20 1925 with completion deadlines in September.
