Methodist Church Notes From A Sandstorm Sunday
A large crowd attended morning services at the Methodist Episcopal Church despite a sand storm. Special music included a violin solo by Harry Peter. The pastor preached on the Character of Jesus and the day was deemed very satisfactory with lively Sunday School and Epworth League attendance. District Women’s Missionary Society meetings and the Bishop’s speech are scheduled in Algona this week. Next Sunday services and evangelistic talks are announced along with expected attendance and continued discussions.
