Nancy Gordon Seeks Doctor in Rainstorm Rescue

Nancy rushes through a hurricane to fetch Dr. Richard Morgan for a dying child Tony Kinney. She orders Henry Floyd to ride the racer Polestar to reach Morgan, convincing him to brave the storm. Back at home she prepares towels and warmth as the doctor is en route, hoping to save Tony’s life.

Mae Clump of Terris visited Mrs Wade. Victor Miner entertained Ed Hutchimson and Lester Hasbrook at dinner. Tom Donnelly of Estherville and J Bowdisi of Lake Park called on Geraldine Fielding, Jay Johnston of Estherville called at Perkins home. Ray Griffee and wife went to Gowrie for funeral of Griffee’s father Virgil. Johnson lost three sheep. two killed by dogs, one injured and euthanized. Dr Harry Caywood of Lake Park visited. Caywood is a candidate for county treasurer.
