Town Savings Bank Amends Articles of Incorporation
At a special meeting in Estherville Town on February 7 1908 stockholders adopted an amendment to Article IV changing the capital from 2000 to fifty thousand dollars and authorized officers to perfect the changes. The document is signed by B Breen and M Weston with notary acknowledgment on March 39 1908. Notices also reference North Town Loan and Trust Company amendments and a separate Will proof notice.
