Ellen Mackay Targets Whisky Trader Benham
Ellen Mackay, returning from school in Winnipeg, seeks passage home when a voyage leads to a stowaway act. She confronts John Benham aboard and accuses him of whisky trading to Indigenous camps, vowing vengeance to restore her father's name with the Hudson Bay Company.
