Promontory Park opening provides a new hub for neighborhoods and the broader area, while Little League kicks off 2007 with a parade. The Clarksville Historical Society hosted its first public event at the El Dorado Hills Library and the Art & Wine Affaire at Town Center drew large crowds both days.
