Dirt Diggers backbone of Hangtown
Andy Laughlin notes the Dirt Diggers Motorcycle Club has run Hangtown since 1968. From building the original track at Murray's Ranch to relocating to Prairie City State OHV Park in 1979, the 35 member club coordinates volunteers, sponsors, and facilities with the state Parks Department for sprinting water restrooms and an announcing tower while expanding a yearly race tradition across four decades.
