An El Dorado Hills woman died in an early morning shooting outside the 36 Handler Pub after midnight on Wednesday. The suspect, Anderson Swift, 41, of Oakland, was arraigned on murder and other charges after allegedly attempting a robbery of Khrista Ibarelle, 31, and Kesha Patrice, 30, near the Montana de El Dorado restaurant off White Rock Road. Swift fled in the victim’s car, crashed on Deakin Place, and was captured shortly after.
