Bass Lake resident fights LLAD assessment funds
Bass Lake resident and Bass Lake Action Committee President John Thomson challenges El Dorado Hills Community Services District LLAD for Bass Lake Village Zone B. He says Oak Knoll Park 2.6 acres was excluded from LLAD documents and seeks refund of maintenance fees while the district plans a park makeover for two Bass Lake developments, including Zone A, created in 1995 for Hills of El Dorado with a $99 annual levy on 278 homes to maintain Magnolia Hills Drive landscaping and 15 streetlights.
