El Dorado Hills district dream amid school boundary changes
Boundaries Rescue Union official Sid Albaugh says changes are due to unforeseen timing. Pleasant Grove Middle opened in 2003 to serve growth in upper Serrano, Bass Lake, Rescue, and Cameron Park. In 2004 overcrowding at Green Valley Elementary shifted upper Serrano students to Lakeview and Marina Village. Cameron Glen kids stayed with Green Valley or Rescue Elementary.
