Neighbors approve Lomita Way rezoning with gate compromise
El Dorado County Board of Supervisors approved a 74 acre Lomita Way rezone to two acre parcels and a revised gate plan linking to Southpointe despite opposition. The agreement keeps a locked emergency gate with conditions and avoids joining the Southpointe HOA.
