El Dorado Hills attorney Donald M. Wanland, 56, was sentenced in Sacramento by Judge Lawrence K. Karlton to 46 months in prison after convictions on 28 tax related counts. He evaded taxes 2000 to 2007 by concealing accounts and defying IRS levies. He was placed on interim suspension by the California State Bar and is not eligible to practice law.
